Robin Tully is the Co-Founder of Forecast.ing, a content marketing research platform that increases brand visibility and organic traffic.

He specializes in data science and machine learning, with experience building analytical systems that turn large, messy datasets into decisions. Before Forecast.ing, he served as Director of Data and Analytics for Andrew Yang's presidential campaign, where he managed a team of 13 analysts, engineers, and data scientists. His work in fundraising analysis and audience targeting contributed to over $40M in donations and helped the campaign reach 3% national support.

Earlier, Robin was a Senior Data Scientist at Excella, where he built machine learning architecture for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services using neural networks, NLP, and ensemble methods. The USCIS Civics Test Study Tools he helped develop won the Director's Golden Door Award.

He was also the technical lead of the winning entry in the Colorado River Basin Data Visualization Challenge, working with 3.3 million rows of water resource data.
